• Lead the architecture and evolution of Cresta’s AI Agent integration framework across CCaaS platforms. • Design scalable, extensible backend systems that manage real-time conversation state, session lifecycle, and context propagation. • Establish architectural patterns for AI-to-human handoff that ensure durability, reliability, and seamless customer experience. • Define integration strategies for voice, chat, messaging, routing, and agent desktop APIs across enterprise platforms. • Drive system design for high availability, low latency, and fault tolerance in real-time environments. • Set standards for observability, monitoring, incident response, and operational excellence. • Partner closely with ML engineers to operationalize AI Agent capabilities into production-grade systems. • Influence technical roadmap and prioritization in collaboration with engineering leadership. • Mentor senior engineers and raise the bar for backend engineering excellence across the organization. • Lead complex cross-team technical initiatives from design through production rollout.

• Assist with building a custom MDM system for iOS and Android • Implement device enrollment, policy enforcement, remote configuration, app deployment, and remote wipe capabilities • Develop secure device communication and management workflows • Design and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Convex • Build APIs and data models to support MDM functionality • Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate backend services seamlessly • Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of backend systems

• Design, build and maintain APIs, services, and systems across Parser’s engineering teams. • Work with engineers across the company to build new features at large-scale. • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

• Lead the architectural design, development, and continuous evolution of scalable backend applications using Node.js (preferably with TypeScript) • Design and implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs with clear versioning, validation, documentation, and error-handling standards • Optimize database performance (primarily PostgreSQL), including schema design, indexing strategies, query tuning, and transaction management • Implement asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event-driven workflows using modern queue or messaging systems • Design resilient integrations with third-party APIs and services (timeouts, retries, circuit breakers, monitoring) • Ensure code quality and reliability through automated testing (unit, integration, and contract tests) • Participate in code reviews, maintain high engineering standards, and actively mentor team members • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions • Contribute to infrastructure and deployment processes (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) • Improve production reliability through monitoring, logging, tracing, and performance optimization • Maintain clear technical documentation, including architecture decisions and operational guidelines • Take ownership of complex technical initiatives and drive them to completion independently
