• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of data science services, from conceptualization and prototyping to production • Embed in the marketing organization and become an expert in creating value through data science • Influence marketing budget spending allocation and overall multi-channel strategy • Ensure the reliability and high performance of deployed services • Share expertise to raise engineering excellence within the data community
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the data science toolbox and selecting appropriate methodologies
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, including causal inference, regression, and hypothesis testing
- Experience with performance marketing, spend optimization, and attribution
- Excellent Python and SQL skills
- Ability to translate complex business problems into high-impact technical solutions
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure tools such as Kafka, Kubernetes, or Datadog is desirable
- Production experience in a cloud environment, ideally GCP, is desirable
- Fluent English at C1 level
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
