Role Description We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller, or Controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including: - Corporate accounting - Regulatory and financial reporting - Budget and forecasts preparation - Development of internal control policies and procedures - Financial risk management Responsibilities include: - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Support month-end and year-end close process - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Additional controller duties as necessary REVENUE DEPARTMENT Keep track of and report: - Paid campaign performances (per ad, email, outreach, etc.) - Cost (total, CPA, by week, by day, by rep, etc.) - Number of Conversions - Conversion Rate - Conversion Timeframe - Lead source (WITHOUT sales or marketing teams’ manual data entry or input) - Sales performance (per team, per rep, etc.) - Sales Conversion Rate - Cash Collected - PIF Percentage - Deal Source - Prospect’s Journey (Touch Points) GENERAL - Find better financial products and solutions such as payment processors - Negotiate rates with banks, suppliers, etc. - Financial projection - Cash flow management, and maintaining bank accounts - Expenses control - Help convert contractor to employees with benefits Qualifications - Proven working experience as a Financial Controller - 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience - Advanced degree in Accounting - CPA or CMA preferred - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Experience with creating financial statements - Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process - Excellent accounting software user and administration skills - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; MBA preferred - Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) credential required - Minimum seven years of relevant management experience required - Previous experience in healthcare and medical group financial management including revenue cycle is required - Multi-specialty practice experience is preferred - Experience running full cycle payroll on various software (ISolved, ADP, Paychecks, etc.) - QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), and/or other general ledger software applications experience needed - Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required - Strong interpersonal, management, analytical and communication skills - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines Requirements - Pre-employment drug screen is required - A background check will be required

Role Description We are looking for a Global Financial Controller to lead the accounting function for Prime6 Brands and its operating entities. This is a new, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO. You will own the monthly close process end to end, serve as the primary point of contact for our external auditors and tax preparers, and build the accounting infrastructure that scales with the business. The right candidate combines deep US GAAP expertise with real experience managing external audits, and is comfortable operating across a multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-standard environment spanning US GAAP and German HGB. English is the company working language across all entities and time zones. Key Responsibilities - Accounting Leadership - Lead and manage the accounting function across Primal Harvest LLC, Prime Consumer Brands LLC, and Prime6 Brands GmbH - Own the monthly close process end to end, including close calendar, task sequencing, reconciliations, and timely delivery of financial statements - Build, mentor, and develop the accounting team, setting standards for accuracy, timeliness, and documentation - Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across all entities - Own the chart of accounts, GL structure, and consolidation logic in partnership with the finance systems team - External Audit & Tax - Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors (BDO) across the annual audit cycle, including planning, fieldwork, and resolution of open items - Prepare and review audit support schedules, management representation letters, and supporting documentation for the FY audit package - Serve as the primary point of contact for external tax preparers (PwC) on US federal, state, and international tax matters - Coordinate responses to auditor and tax preparer data requests, ensuring timely and accurate turnaround - Manage relationships with German audit and tax advisors (HKS or equivalent) to support Prime6 Brands GmbH statutory reporting - Financial Reporting & Compliance - Prepare consolidated financial statements under US GAAP, with oversight of HGB statutory reporting for the German entity - Own technical accounting positions and memos for significant or judgmental transactions - Ensure compliance with lender covenants and credit agreement reporting requirements - Maintain internal controls documentation and support control testing and remediation efforts - Support the CFO on board, investor, and PE sponsor (WM Partners) reporting deliverables - Cross-Functional Partnership - Partner with the CFO on quality of earnings, financial due diligence, and other sponsor-driven workstreams - Work closely with the finance systems and FP&A functions to ensure clean, audit-ready data across NetSuite and adjacent systems - Collaborate with legal, treasury, and operations on matters with accounting or reporting implications - Represent the accounting function in lender, insurance, and other external diligence processes as needed Qualifications - Fluent English, written and spoken (company working language) - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred - 8 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including people leadership of an accounting team - Deep expertise in US GAAP, with the judgment to apply it to complex or non-routine transactions - Direct experience managing external audits, including serving as the primary company contact for the audit firm - Experience running or directly overseeing the monthly close process - Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment - Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets Requirements - Strongly preferred exposure to German accounting standards (HGB) or cross-border intercompany structures - Working knowledge of IFRS - Experience in a PE-owned or PE-backed company - Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP in a multi-subsidiary environment - German language proficiency (spoken and written) - Experience supporting quality of earnings processes, lender diligence, or sponsor reporting Location & Travel Requirements - This role can work fully remotely from the US Eastern or Central Time zone. - Candidates are expected to travel to our Cologne office at least once during the first six months of employment.
