Role Description We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller, or Controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including: - Corporate accounting - Regulatory and financial reporting - Budget and forecasts preparation - Development of internal control policies and procedures - Financial risk management Responsibilities include: - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Support month-end and year-end close process - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Additional controller duties as necessary REVENUE DEPARTMENT Keep track of and report: - Paid campaign performances (per ad, email, outreach, etc.) - Cost (total, CPA, by week, by day, by rep, etc.) - Number of Conversions - Conversion Rate - Conversion Timeframe - Lead source (WITHOUT sales or marketing teams’ manual data entry or input) - Sales performance (per team, per rep, etc.) - Sales Conversion Rate - Cash Collected - PIF Percentage - Deal Source - Prospect’s Journey (Touch Points) GENERAL - Find better financial products and solutions such as payment processors - Negotiate rates with banks, suppliers, etc. - Financial projection - Cash flow management, and maintaining bank accounts - Expenses control - Help convert contractor to employees with benefits Qualifications - Proven working experience as a Financial Controller - 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience - Advanced degree in Accounting - CPA or CMA preferred - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Experience with creating financial statements - Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process - Excellent accounting software user and administration skills - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; MBA preferred - Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) credential required - Minimum seven years of relevant management experience required - Previous experience in healthcare and medical group financial management including revenue cycle is required - Multi-specialty practice experience is preferred - Experience running full cycle payroll on various software (ISolved, ADP, Paychecks, etc.) - QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), and/or other general ledger software applications experience needed - Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required - Strong interpersonal, management, analytical and communication skills - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines Requirements - Pre-employment drug screen is required - A background check will be required

As an Amazon FBA Coach, you will be responsible for conducting coaching calls and creating educational courses to help aspiring Amazon sellers succeed in their FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) journey. Your expertise and guidance will empower sellers to navigate the complexities of selling on Amazon and optimize their businesses for maximum success. - Conduct one-on-one coaching calls with Amazon sellers to provide personalized guidance, answer questions, and address challenges related to FBA. - Create comprehensive and engaging educational courses that cover various aspects of Amazon FBA, including: - Product research - Sourcing - Listing optimization - Inventory management - Marketing strategies - Develop course content, including video tutorials, presentations, worksheets, and case studies, to deliver valuable and actionable information to students. - Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and policy changes in the Amazon FBA ecosystem, and incorporate relevant information into coaching sessions and course materials. - Assess the needs and skill levels of coaching clients and course participants, adapting coaching strategies and content delivery to meet their specific requirements. - Provide feedback, encouragement, and accountability to clients and course participants, supporting their progress and helping them overcome obstacles. - Continuously evaluate and improve coaching and course materials based on feedback from clients and participants, industry changes, and emerging best practices. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote coaching services and courses, contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies. - Participate in Amazon seller events, webinars, and conferences as a speaker or panelist, establishing yourself as an authority in the field of Amazon FBA. Qualifications - Extensive experience as a successful Amazon FBA seller, preferably with a track record of high-performing products and consistent sales. - Proven expertise in all aspects of Amazon FBA, including product research, sourcing, listing optimization, inventory management, and marketing strategies. - Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and strategies to individuals at different skill levels. - Strong presentation and course creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and informative content using various formats. - Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices for maximizing sales and visibility. - Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify areas for improvement in clients' Amazon businesses. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with tools and software commonly used in the Amazon FBA ecosystem. - A passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in the Amazon FBA industry. Requirements - Experience in coaching or mentoring Amazon sellers. - Experience in creating online courses or educational materials. - Relevant certifications or achievements in Amazon FBA. - Must be in the US!
