Role Description The Transactions Analyst serves as a key resource at eXp Realty, assisting agents and brokers with their real estate transactions in a virtual environment. This role focuses on ensuring transaction accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while delivering a world-class customer experience. - Represent eXp Realty as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers, assisting with their real estate transactions in a remote environment. - Provide expert guidance on transaction-related inquiries, ranging from simple to complex. - Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing issues with empathy, urgency, and effective problem-solving skills. - Greet agents and new recruits in the virtual office, educating them on eXp’s services and tools. - Collaborate with agents and settlement companies to resolve transaction discrepancies and ensure accuracy. - Review transaction data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. - Prepare and finalize Commission Disbursement Authorizations and settle transaction files promptly. - Support transactions for individual agents, large teams (e.g., Mega Teams), and state or geo-based transactions (e.g., CA, FL, TX). - Organize transaction documents, ensuring alignment between all systems. - Verify settlement statements to ensure they match enterprise records before finalizing transactions. - Collaborate with the Brokerage Operations team to review transaction documents and follow up on file statuses. - Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies, mitigating potential risks. - Perform regular quality checks on transaction data to maintain integrity and support audit readiness. - Maintain detailed, accessible records of transactions for auditing and reporting purposes. - Assist team members with complex transactions and provide support during high-volume periods. - Actively participate in team problem-solving sessions, sharing insights and best practices. - Foster a learning-focused environment by sharing updates, process improvements, and knowledge with the team. - Work independently and collaboratively, contributing to team success and meeting shared goals. - Identify inefficiencies within transaction workflows and recommend enhancements to improve agent experiences. - Participate in pilot programs for new tools or processes, providing feedback to improve usability and efficiency. - Offer constructive feedback on tools and workflows, helping to streamline transaction processing. - Actively participate in team meetings and updates, staying informed about goals and contributing insights. - Promote a collaborative, positive work environment by being approachable and supportive of colleagues. - Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements, fostering morale and motivation. - Engage in training opportunities to refine skills and stay informed about industry trends and compliance standards. - Actively seek feedback from peers and supervisors to improve performance and identify growth opportunities. - Stay current on real estate transaction management best practices, bringing fresh ideas to enhance processes.
