IT Consultant
Network Right
• Serve as a dedicated IT support technician managing a high volume of support tickets, consistently meeting SLA targets and maintaining quality resolutions • Handle intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting of computer, application, and network issues across Mac OS and Windows • Provision, configure, and maintain user laptops, workstations, and accounts • Support and facilitate client onboarding and offboarding, from account provisioning to equipment shipments • Assist on IT project deployments including MDM rollouts, network configurations, and hardware rollouts • Manage physical assets including inventory, cable management, and general workspace upkeep • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices in line with compliance requirements such as SOC2 and HIPAA • Help configure automations and tooling especially around onboarding and offboarding workflows • Mentor and support junior team members as you grow into the role
Job Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Proficiency with core SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
- Exposure to MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune and identity providers such as Okta
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and standard environments including Meraki and Unifi
- Basic understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAA
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on clear, documented resolutions.
