Decision Analytics Manager in the Insights & Analytics will leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. ZS's Insights and Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership. What you'll do: - Serve as primary investigator for complex research projects - Develop or oversee proposal development to ensure methodological soundness - Work closely with ZS client teams to lead client business development and client relationship development across our key client accounts - Structure and develop client deliverables in PowerPoint, including "telling the story" with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner - Drive project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings and guiding and teaching more junior team members - Participate in presentation and communication of results to clients and internal teams - Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas - Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members - Manage projects and client relationships - Drive business and strategy development - Contribute to internal firm activities and advancing ZS's capabilities What you'll bring: - MBA or an advanced degree in a quantitative, analytical discipline such as Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Management Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics or Engineering.
