• Targeted Prospecting: Identify and research key stakeholders and decision-makers within target insurance carriers. • Outbound Outreach: Execute cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations with carrier representatives. • Relationship Nurturing: Act as a persistent, professional liaison, understanding that carrier sales cycles are long and require consistent, high-value follow-ups. • Meeting Generation: Qualify prospects and schedule discovery/introductory meetings between carrier representatives and our Account Managers. • Collaborative Selling: Attend the meetings you book alongside the Account Manager to facilitate introductions, take notes, and help drive the next steps. • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, contacts, and pipeline progress in our CRM.

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of The Zebra comparison product and other products using Python, Django, FastAPI, GraphQL, ReactJS, and other modern technologies • Deliver focused, maintainable, and performant code across different areas of our business, from adding new functionality to existing cloud-hosted microservices to creating new features supporting growth into new insurance lines • Work closely with other engineers, designers, and engineering leadership to rapidly build, iterate, test, and deploy new features and products and maintain a high-quality robust codebase • Improve and scale the existing products and tools to support our growth • Act as a technical leader for the team and grow other engineers through example and mentorship

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities related to agent performance, customer interactions, and sales outcomes. • Partner with agency leaders, enablement teams, and engineers to define data requirements that support improvements in agent workflows and customer experience. • Work closely with agency teams to design, run, and analyze experiments, ensuring methodological rigor and actionable results. • Deliver optimization insights for ongoing initiatives through ad-hoc analysis and intuitive performance dashboards. • Monitor key agency metrics, KPIs, and customer behavior trends to proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement. • Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex data into understandable and actionable stories.
