• Own revenue performance across assigned accounts, including quarterly revenue goals, annual booking quotas, renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities • Develop a deep understanding of client digital strategies and offerings to serve as a trusted advisor • Lead executive-level client engagements to define strategic account objectives, success metrics, and growth initiatives • Plan and conduct quarterly and semi-annual strategic planning sessions, customer summits, and business reviews • Prospect and close new logo opportunities and expand engagement within existing accounts through cross-selling and new decision-makers • Accurately forecast sales opportunities on a weekly basis using CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior leadership • Negotiate pricing, contracts, renewals, and amendments within established approval guidelines • Partner cross‑functionally with Product/Engineering, and Client Success to align client needs, onboarding, integrations, and roadmap planning • Manage new customer onboarding and provide ongoing consultative support to ensure solution adoption, engagement, and value realization • Identify opportunities to expand professional services engagements and further integrate solutions across client platforms • Deliver exceptional relationship management for large national financial institution clients • Ensure adherence to all corporate legal, compliance, risk, and internal control policies, including required training and reporting.

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Shared Service Accounting Team and assist with the day-to-day accounts receivable over US entity activities within the Finance organization. This position is responsible for invoicing, collections, recording cash receipts, revenue journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Job Responsibilities: - Create invoices and credit memos accurately. - Communicate with customers to facilitate collections and follow up on outstanding payments. - Complete daily cash receipts and cash application. - Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts. - Assist in maintaining customer records, including creating new accounts and updating customer information. - Oversee customer accounts, including resolving disputes and addressing inquiries. - Monitor accounts for credit balances (misapplied cash and credit memos) and resolve discrepancies through thorough research and resolution processing. - Proactively identify areas for process improvement and assist in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures. - Collaborate and update team members to ensure close activities are on schedule. - Assist with the preparation or review of SOX and substantive audit support as requested by the internal and external audit teams. - Assist in ad hoc projects in relation to month-end, quarter-end, or year-end processes and procedures. - Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. - As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk. Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. - College level accounting classes or Accounting Degree strongly preferred. - 2 years of accounting experience strongly preferred. - Experience with large Financial ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred. - Technical and operational knowledge of U.S. GAAP. - Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and experience in interacting with external auditors. - Ability to execute in a dynamic and demanding environment by demonstrating organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. - Demonstrate initiative, work well under pressure, highly detail oriented, self-motivated with the ability to follow through and implement process improvement. - Have a high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office software tools, with excellent technological, analytical, and communication skills, particularly in professional business writing.
