Our core product is a continuously adaptive cyber defense platform utilizing generative artificial intelligence agents to autonomously model and construct a digital twin of an organization's entire IT and cybersecurity environment and analyze it for weaknesses, misconfigurations, and chains of possible attack. The Role This is a founding commercial sales hire at a seed-stage startup with less than 15 employees and aggressive growth targets. You will wear the AE hat and elements of the customer success hat. Our core product is a continuously adaptive cyber defense platform utilizing generative artificial intelligence agents to autonomously model and construct a digital twin of an organization's entire IT and cybersecurity environment and analyze it for weaknesses, misconfigurations, and chains of possible attack. The Role We just closed a $30M federal contract and are actively deploying across multiple federal civilian agencies with critical national security missions. We need someone who can open doors across the federal landscape and close deals that matter. This is not a role where you inherit a book of business and manage renewals. You will be building federal pipeline from scratch, navigating procurement cycles that test your patience, and converting pilots into multi-year production contracts alongside our founders and engineers. Responsibilities - Initiate and close enterprise software deals across federal civilian, DoD, and intelligence community customers from initial sourcing through proofs of concept to production contract close. - Own the full federal sales cycle: initial outreach, discovery, qualification, proposal, POC negotiation, and closing production contracts. - Navigate federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and the particular politics of each agency you're selling into. You should know how to work a BAA, an OTA, and a traditional FAR-based contract — or be willing to learn fast. - Partner with our founding team and core product engineers to ensure POCs convert successfully to production contracts. You can't just get someone to agree to a pilot and forget about them — you're shepherding deals all the way through. - Build relationships across program offices, CISOs, CIOs, and technical evaluators. You need to be the kind of person who makes friends walking agency halls and also understands what our product actually does well enough to demo it credibly. - Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed quota. - Develop repeatable federal sales motions, collateral, and playbooks that will scale with the company. - Travel regularly to customer sites — this is a relationship-driven sale and you need to be present. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of experience meeting or exceeding quotas for complex enterprise cybersecurity or AI software sales to US federal government customers - Existing relationships across DoD, IC, or federal civilian cyber programs - Deep understanding of federal procurement cycles, contract vehicles, and buying processes - Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance - Track record of building pipeline and closing seven-figure deals in the federal market - Comfortable working directly with founders and engineers in a seed-stage startup — this is not a company with a sales enablement team, a BDR pod, and a solutions architect on every call. You figure it out. - Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and contract skills - Willingness to travel extensively and work extended hours when mission demands it - Familiarity with FedRAMP, ATO processes, and federal compliance requirements

Our core product is a continuously adaptive cyber defense platform utilizing generative artificial intelligence agents to autonomously model and construct a digital twin of an organization's entire IT and cybersecurity environment and analyze it for weaknesses, misconfigurations, and chains of possible attack. The Role This is the first senior go-to-market hire at a seed-stage startup with fewer than 15 employees. You own revenue across federal government and commercial enterprise — pipeline, deals, channel partnerships, sales motions, and eventually the team underneath you. Both markets, from zero. Early on, you carry quota yourself. You're on calls, running demos, closing deals, and building pipeline while figuring out the repeatable motion in both markets. You speak the CISO's language because you've helped solve their biggest pain points. On the federal side, you know how to work a BAA, an OTA, and a FAR-based contract — or you're willing to learn fast. You should be comfortable context-switching between a federal program office and a Fortune 500 boardroom in the same week. The pace is intense — 12-16 hour days when customer-critical work is happening, and nights and weekends when the mission demands it. The upside is meaningful equity, ownership of the entire growth function, and the chance to build something at the leading edge of AI and cybersecurity. Responsibilities - Own the ARR number across federal and commercial markets. Build pipeline and close deals. - Run full sales cycles from sourcing through POC to production contract close — no handoffs, you own the relationship end to end. - Sell into CISOs, CIOs, program managers, security architects, and procurement across both federal and commercial buying committees. - Navigate federal procurement processes (BAAs, OTAs, FAR contracts, ATOs) alongside commercial enterprise sales cycles. - Build the go-to-market strategy, sales motions, and playbooks that will scale across both markets. - Develop channel partnerships with MSSPs, resellers, defense primes, and tech alliances. - Hire and build out the sales team as revenue grows. - Work directly with founders and engineers to convert POCs and feed customer signal back into the product roadmap. - Travel regularly to customer sites for executive meetings, POC kickoffs, and relationship building. Qualifications Basic: - Track record of closing six and seven-figure enterprise software deals personally - Deep cybersecurity domain expertise — whether you got it as a security leader, a security seller, or both, you need to walk into a room with a CISO and be immediately credible - Federal procurement fluency — BAAs, OTAs, FAR, ATO processes, FedRAMP - Existing relationships with CISOs and security leadership across Fortune 500 and/or federal agencies - Experience owning revenue outcomes, whether through direct sales, go-to-market leadership, or building a commercial function at an early-stage company - Comfort selling into complex buying committees across both commercial enterprise and US government customers - Strong understanding of the cybersecurity vendor landscape and where Wraithwatch fits in it - Self-starter who builds playbooks, not follows them - Willingness to travel extensively and work startup hours Preferred: - Experience building a go-to-market function from scratch - Channel sales experience with MSSPs, defense primes, or tech alliances - Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Our core product is a continuously adaptive cyber defense platform utilizing generative artificial intelligence agents to autonomously model and construct a digital twin of an organization's entire IT and cybersecurity environment and analyze it for weaknesses, misconfigurations, and chains of possible attack. We currently operate numerous live federal deployments with more coming online this year. Each one is a distinct environment with its own infrastructure, compliance requirements, and operational constraints. We need someone to make all of them run reliably at the same time. The Role You are responsible for the infrastructure that keeps Wraithwatch running in production across our federal and commercial deployments. You will build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational tooling that let a small team ship software reliably across all of these environments without things falling apart. When something breaks at 2am in a production federal environment, you're the person who gets it back up. When we need to roll a release across 20 deployments in a week, you're the person who makes that possible without manual SSH sessions into each one. This is not a role where you're managing infrastructure for a single product in a single cloud account. You're building the deployment and operations backbone for a company that is scaling fast across highly constrained federal and Fortune 500 environments, and every shortcut you skip today becomes a fire you fight next month. Responsibilities - Build and maintain deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines that reliably ship software across 20+ federal environments in parallel. - Own the operational health of all production deployments — monitoring, alerting, incident response, and post-mortems. - Design infrastructure that accounts for the reality of federal environments: air-gapped networks, strict compliance requirements, variable network topologies, and limited access windows. - Build tooling that gives the engineering team visibility into the state of every deployment without requiring manual inspection. - Automate everything that can be automated. We cannot scale to hundreds of environments with manual processes. - Work with the product engineering team to ensure new features are deployable across all environments without environment-specific hacks. - Manage and improve cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and on-prem deployments depending on customer requirements. - Participate in on-call rotations for production environments. Qualifications Basic: - 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering - Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar) and configuration management (Ansible, Salt, or similar) - Deep Linux systems knowledge — you should be comfortable debugging at the OS level, not just the application level - Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for complex multi-environment deployments - Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred) - Comfortable working in highly constrained or regulated environments where you can't just spin up whatever you want - Willingness to work extended hours when production issues demand it — we are a seed-stage startup with federal customers who do not tolerate downtime Preferred: - Experience deploying software into federal, DoD, or IC environments - Familiarity with FedRAMP, STIG compliance, or ATO processes - Experience with air-gapped or disconnected network deployments - Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance - Experience operating infrastructure at scale across many isolated environments simultaneously - Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar)
