• Development and implementation of Azure AI and Copilot solutions based on Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search and Copilot Studio • Technical integration of Copilot Studio into Microsoft 365, Power Platform or custom applications • Building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) scenarios, knowledge bases and AI workflows to leverage company data in chatbots or digital assistants • Developing Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs and automations to connect external systems • Creating MVPs and quick-win solutions that rapidly deliver real value

• The engine room is the core for service delivery to our customers. • Together with your team colleagues you take responsibility for the stable, efficient and future-ready operation of IT services for our customers. • This includes conceptual further development, automation, documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. • Take on SPOC role (rotation and scheduling within the team) • Develop the operational concept for the services you are responsible for • Perform proactive operations for services • Execute tasks defined in the operational concepts • Further develop automations • Handle tickets (customer requests) in our ITSM solution • Update operational documentation • Opportunity to take responsibility for further developing the operational concept for one of the following services: Infrastructure as a Service (virtual machines), Defender service for Exchange Online (if applicable), and possibly others
