• You advise our clients on ServiceNow architecture. • You know ServiceNow best practices, apply them, and provide guidance to the development team. • You work closely with other stakeholders in agile, diverse, and cross-functional teams. • You keep a constant eye on technical and process dependencies between the ServiceNow platform and other client systems. • In projects, you are able to quickly analyze and shape enterprise processes. • You deliver tailored process architecture that is optimally aligned with the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
