Role Description WOO X Business Development 팀은 한국 시장 내 KOL, Affiliate, Broker, Trading Community 및 전략적 파트너 생태계를 함께 확장할 KOL & Affiliate BD Manager를 찾고 있습니다. 이 포지션은 단순한 general sales 역할이 아닙니다. Crypto Exchange, Futures Trading Platform, Broker, Affiliate BD 또는 Web3 Trading Product 관련 실무 경험이 필요하며, 기존 파트너 리소스를 바탕으로 빠르게 파트너를 발굴, 온보딩, 활성화할 수 있는 분을 우선적으로 검토합니다. - 한국 시장 내 KOL, Affiliate, Broker, Trading Community 및 전략적 파트너를 발굴하고 온보딩합니다. - 파트너와의 협상, 조건 조율, 캠페인 기획, 활성화, 성과 관리까지 end-to-end로 리드합니다. - Rebate, Commission, Affiliate Incentive, Broker Partnership 등 다양한 협력 모델을 설계하고 실행합니다. - 기존 파트너와의 관계를 관리하며 거래량, 활성 유저, 전환율, 입금, 수익 기여도를 지속적으로 개선합니다. - Marketing, Product, BD Leadership 팀과 협업하여 파트너 캠페인, 제품 피드백, 유저 성장 관련 실행을 지원합니다. - 한국 크립토 시장 트렌드, 경쟁사 활동, 유저 행동, 파트너 니즈를 분석하고 내부 팀에 공유합니다. - 대외 캠페인, 파트너 프로모션, 유저-facing 활동을 진행하기 전 내부 팀과 필요한 사항을 조율합니다. - 입사 후 첫 3개월은 ramp-up 및 performance review period로 운영되며, 파트너 파이프라인, 온보딩, 활성화, 거래량 / 수익 기여도, 실행력을 기준으로 성과를 함께 리뷰합니다. Qualifications - 한국어 원어민 수준 필수. - 사내 커뮤니케이션을 위한 비즈니스 영어 또는 중국어 활용 가능. - Crypto Exchange, Futures Trading Platform, Broker, Affiliate BD, Web3 Trading Product 관련 실무 BD 경험 필수. - 한국 시장 내 KOL, Affiliate, Broker, Trading Community 또는 유저 획득 채널에 대한 실제 네트워크 보유. - Rebate / Commission / Affiliate Program / Partner Incentive 구조에 대한 실무 이해. - 파트너 발굴, 협상, 온보딩, 활성화, 장기 관계 관리까지 직접 실행해본 경험. - 거래량, 활성 유저, 입금, Net Fee, Partner Revenue 등 과거 BD 성과를 구체적으로 설명할 수 있는 분. - 빠르게 움직이는 글로벌 크립토 환경에서 주도적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 분. About the opportunity: We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Chinese/English) to join us on this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Customer Success team, which is dedicated to empowering traders with seamless support, personalised guidance, and proactive solutions. What you’ll be working on: - Deliver high-quality, responsive support to users through official WOO X support channels. - Communicate clearly and empathetically to help users navigate WOO X products and resolve issues efficiently. - Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to escalate user feedback and improve the overall experience. - Educate users about new features, updates, and security best practices. - Maintain accurate records of user interactions and ensure timely follow-up for resolution and satisfaction. - Identify common user pain points and propose enhancements that strengthen engagement and loyalty. - Uphold WOO’s service and communication standards across all customer touchpoints. Plus, expect a performance-based annual bonus for all contributors at WOO 💪 About you: - 2 + years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Customer Success in crypto, fintech, or financial services. - Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken. - Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading platforms and user needs. - Empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping users succeed. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. - Comfortable working independently in a global, fast-paced remote environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or community management platforms.
