Roam

• Develop and test messaging to convert agents into Roam evangelists • Figure out what message plays to what agents in what geography through what medium • Build a motion to recruit, activate, and retain hundreds of thousands of top-performing listing agents • Represent Roam at brokerage events, team lead meetings, and industry conferences • Craft scalable agent-facing marketing and sales touchpoints • Launch and own supply campaigns end-to-end—from idea to experiment to scale • Design efficient processes to convert awareness into contracts • Lead and eventually grow a team across seller and agent acquisition • Own and improve core KPIs like % of eligible listings advertising Roam and agent activation • Report directly to the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partnerships
