• Conduct thorough research on casino topics and keywords to ensure content relevance, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines. • Write engaging and informative casino articles that capture the reader's attention and meet SEO standards. • Collaborate with content quality specialists to maintain a high standard of writing. • Improve and update existing content to ensure it remains fresh, accurate, and competitive. • Utilise writing and research tools to enhance content quality and productivity. • Work closely with the content lead and SEO to create detailed article briefs. • Produce a consistent output of 3 articles per week (approximately 8–12 articles/month), ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 words depending on content type.
• Own the global SEO strategy, with deep market ownership for DACH. • Build and run the full SEO roadmap, prioritised by revenue impact, delivery speed, and risk. • Set direction across content, technical, and off-page SEO initiatives across markets. • Align SEO work tightly to business goals (revenue, volume, and quality). • Translate SEO into business-first narratives for leadership and non-SEO teams; build visibility so SEO isn’t a “black box.” • Run structured communication loops (weekly/monthly/quarterly), including proactive updates, risk assessments, and postmortems. • Lead and mentor the SEO team (DACH + English), setting standards for ownership, communication, and senior behaviour. • Build scalable SEO processes for research, briefing, execution, QA, and publication; drive continuous improvement via experimentation and retrospectives. • Own reporting frameworks and KPIs (organic sessions, CTR, rankings, revenue attribution) and maintain clear, consumable SEO documentation. • Lead SEO for new portal launches from zero: SEO-first structure, topical authority + internal linking strategy, early content velocity, and milestone plans (0–6–12–24 months) to commercial viability.
