• Help us build the best Quant & Trading team in the world • Recruitment is directly responsible for Wincent's success • Focused on active sourcing, building long-term relationships with candidates and assertive approach.

• There are performance challenges both at UI and on backend side, so you’ll take responsibility for improving UI and workflows for internal users such as traders and quants. • Contribute to the development of internal tooling and new projects spanning frontend and backend technologies. • Build apps that automatize certain workflows or processes (such as automatic fund transfers). • Design and implement user-friendly applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions. • Tackle complex challenges such as real-time trading platforms with autonomy and creativity.

• Support engineering teams by maintaining and improving the high-frequency trading (HFT) platform across multiple cloud and On-Prem environments. • Work on network, operation system and application to achieve ultra-low latency and high system reliability. • Enhance the developer experience by introducing modern tools, automation, and best practices across infrastructure and development workflows. • Explore and implement new technologies to further optimize infrastructure performance and scalability.

• Use Rust and AWS to build infrastructure that allows us to trade with our VIP clients and financial institutions. • Connect liquidity aggregators and institutions directly while leveraging our existing crypto infrastructure. • Improve our platform and connectivity to deploy new business cases.

• cooperate with quantitative researchers and traders to design new trading algorithms • improve existing trading strategies and their performance and flexibility • make algorithms faster and decrease latencies between components
