• Working on a shift of 4-5 Techs/Engineers at a time • Minimizing system downtime • Performing real-time network surveillance • Notifying customers of scheduled and unscheduled outages • Ensuring customers are updated in a timely manner • Performing basic troubleshooting • Problem reporting and resolution • Following predefined escalation processes • Progressing customer issues/customer advocate • Performing daily routine checks on the system • Additional duties as assigned by the NOC Manager and Director

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual expense reporting. • Collaborate across IT/Operations, business units, and other corporate functions to gather relevant data and insights. • Support the development of financial models to forecast and analyze expenses, including KPI tracking and benchmarking. • Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget-to-actual differences. • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process. • Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
