• Represent Whitefox Blueprint values, standards, and safety culture to customers, vendors, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer and internal projects in accordance with agreed scope, schedule, and budget. • Develop, maintain, and update project execution plans, including task lists, schedules, and resource loading. • Maintain accurate project tracking and records in SAP Business ByDesign as the system of record. • Prepare and issue regular project status reports to internal stakeholders and customers, clearly communicating progress, risks, and actions. • Act as the primary Whitefox point of contact for customers during project execution, ensuring a consistent and positive client experience. • Identify, assess, and communicate project risks; develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans. • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and alignment to project objectives. • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and report variances to stakeholders. • Track invoicing, payments, equipment receipts, documentation, and other project-related records. • Support customer site activities as required, ensuring safe and effective on-site execution.
• Represent Whitefox Blueprint values, standards, and safety culture to customers and external stakeholders during site visits and support activities • Conduct on-site data collection, performance evaluations, and process reviews to assess system operation and identify improvement opportunities • Support commissioning and startup activities, ensuring facilities are brought online safely and effectively • Lead troubleshooting activities to resolve operational issues and minimize downtime • Identify opportunities for production capacity improvement, energy efficiency, and process optimization • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operating guidelines, and programming guidance for ICE systems • Provide technical input to engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, operable, and aligned with real-world operating conditions • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, site visits, and responsive technical support • Support the development and delivery of operator training materials and on-site training sessions • Collaborate with internal teams to feed customer insights and operational learnings into product, process, and system improvements • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer discussions related to system operations, maintenance and lifecycle performance
• Represent Whitefox values, standards, and safety culture in all customer interactions • Partner with Sales and customers to understand challenges, analyze process data, and develop practical, membrane-based solutions • Support Sales in presenting the technical aspects of Whitefox technologies to customers through virtual and in-person meetings • Communicate technical and economic value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Develop conceptual designs of Whitefox solutions designed to address customer needs, such as energy efficiency, water usage, and overall operational performance improvements • Develop process simulation models to quantify and validate the expected performance and benefits of proposed solutions • Estimate and monetize project benefits, including utility savings, production impacts, carbon credit generation, and other economic drivers • Prepare preliminary capital cost estimates, including engineering, equipment, construction, and installation • Use techno-economic evaluations (ROI, payback time) to compare, refine, and optimize alternative solution concepts. • Contribute to early-stage front-end loading / gated development of opportunities by maturing technical scope, cost basis, and risk understanding prior to commercial commitments • Develop front-end engineering deliverables to support solution definition, including process flow diagrams, heat and material balances, utility summaries, equipment lists, and basis of design documentation • Deliver a high-quality, value-driven customer experience using structured, data-driven approaches
