• Produzir petições iniciais, contestações, recursos e demais manifestações processuais necessárias à condução dos processos. • Realizar acompanhamento processual, controle de prazos e gestão das demandas jurídicas sob sua responsabilidade. • Participar de audiências, despachos e sustentações orais, quando aplicável às demandas conduzidas. • Realizar contato e retorno aos clientes, prestando informações sobre o andamento processual e esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas às demandas jurídicas. • Executar análises contratuais e demais atividades jurídicas necessárias ao suporte e desenvolvimento dos trabalhos do escritório.

• Assist in conducting civil litigation routines, ensuring organization and proper monitoring of procedural matters. • Draft initial petitions, answers/defenses, appeals, and other procedural documents, always following the guidance of the responsible legal team. • Perform case monitoring, manage deadlines, and update case information. • Carry out administrative and legal tasks related to the management of cases and documents. • Support attorneys and other team members in the operational and legal activities of the department.

• Perform active hunting for opportunities across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, and others); • Prospect companies and identify fit with Conexão Talento and Gupy solutions; • Make initial contact with potential clients, carrying out consultative first-touch outreach; • Qualify leads and understand pain points, needs, and purchasing stage; • Schedule meetings for the sales team; • Contribute to the creation and improvement of outreach scripts and sales pitches; • Handle initial objections and generate interest in the solutions; • Log and track opportunities in the CRM; • Support the development of lead generation strategies and commercial intelligence; • Monitor KPIs and the progression of the sales funnel.
