If you are an expert in your field, we want to hear from you. Role overview As an Account Executive, you’ll help small and medium businesses across the U.S. and Canada access WGSN's platform. You’ll identify and connect with new clients, build trusted relationships, and deliver tailored solutions . This role is ideal for someone who has already thrived as both an SDR/BDR and an AE in SaaS, and is ready to combine strong prospecting skills with full-cycle ownership. You’ll partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to grow WGSN presence in the North American SMB market — turning first conversations into long-term partnerships. What you'll do - Represent WGSN with authenticity and enthusiasm, clearly communicating our value to small and medium business customers. - Own the full sales cycle: from sourcing and outreach to negotiation and close. - Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities across the U.S. and Canada. - Partner with BDRs to maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and consistent deal flow. - Consult with prospects to understand their needs and recommend the best WGSN solutions. - Sell across multiple product lines — effectively positioning and cross-selling WGSN solutions to fit client needs. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Keep CRM data accurate and current to support forecasting and reporting. What you'll bring - Proven experience in SDR, BDR, and AE roles within SaaS with strong performance generating your own pipeline through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. - Demonstrated success in transactional, fast paced sales cycles of 30 - 60 days or less. Confident managing two call closes and skilled at driving urgency, aligning internal resources, and doing whatever it takes to move deals quickly. - Grit and tenacity. You thrive in challenging, high performance environments and adapt quickly to change. - Self driven and entrepreneurial mindset. You are proactive, accountable, and able to deliver results with minimal direction in a remote, fast paced team. - Success in multi product or solution based SaaS sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen and the ability to confidently engage founders, executives, and VP level champions. - Highly organized with sharp attention to detail when managing multiple deals, follow ups, and CRM data. • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a busy global req load, specializing in niche forecasting, data science, and commercial roles. • Act as a true consultant to hiring managers, helping them define profiles and interview rubrics that identify "top 1%" talent. • Act as the central point of contact for TA activities across the group. • Lead the TA workstream for newly acquired businesses, harmonizing their hiring cultures and onboarding them into the "group way" of recruiting. • Manage relationships with external agencies and contractor providers, ensuring they deliver ROI on high-priority or niche searches. • Audit and optimize our ATS and tech stack, integrating AI tools to automate top-of-funnel sourcing and administrative heavy lifting. • Move beyond "time-to-fill" by driving sophisticated metrics such as Quality of Hire, Diversity of Pipeline, and Speed to Productivity. • Report regularly to the executive team on global hiring health, market trends, and internal capacity.

• Support the Portuguese site for all current and future WGSN products, including activities to ensure quality and adherence to WGSN's writing style and tone of voice: post-editing of machine-translated copy; desktop publishing; collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and design teams. • Collaborate with internal Product and Technology teams to assist in the development of machine learning and to customize workflows appropriate for the Portuguese language. • Develop and maintain glossaries to ensure consistent terminology across all localized content. • Monitor content quality and implement necessary changes to improve the internal machine translation system. • Manage Portuguese-translated content across multiple verticals and brand-related marketing materials. • Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams to ensure the smooth execution of localized BR-PT multimedia content (video, marketing materials, etc.). • Regularly report project status to localization managers and support communication with the LATAM commercial team.
