• Drive early stage customer acquisition with strategic direction and tactical execution of paid and organic channels • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Design and implement tracking plans, interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions across product and growth • Uncover and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth • Work with the Founders and the Marketing Team to drive our product improvements and continuously optimise customer journeys and conversion funnels • Work with the Brand Marketing Lead to test and refine the Growth Strategy • Train and manage a Growth Intern to implement and track growth experiments and initiatives • Updating the team and reporting on paid marketing performance
