Role Description The RSP Voc evaluates the Participant’s current and potential vocational abilities through assessment of the Participant’s physical, cognitive, and psychological abilities to create an objective vocational analysis for transferable skills and employability. The RSP Voc collaborates with the Rehabilitation Service Specialists (RSSs) and other RSPs as needed to gather evidence to evaluate the Participant’s overall capacity for employment and earning potential for Employability and Earnings Capacity Assessments (EECA), and additionally for the purposes of completing Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA), that can be used to guide the Rehabilitation Plan goals. What you'll do - Provide participant-centered service in collaboration with the Participant and Rehabilitation Service Specialists (RSSs) to achieve successful program outcomes - Meet monthly projected billable hours - Provide exceptional responsiveness and time management to achieve program goals and targets - Provide objective and evidence-based conclusions that follow program standards and guidelines - Complete comprehensive, accurate and timely reports to identify Participants’ overall capacity for work - Review referral information and Participant files to ensure information is thorough and clearly identifies Participant and referral objectives - Ensure appropriate forms and releases are completed - Conduct Vocational Assessments (may include Initial Vocational Assessments, Transferable Skills Analyses, Employment and Earnings Capacity Assessments, Vocational Evaluations) based on review of Participants’ education, training, and experience and in consideration of functional limitations or restrictions - As appropriate, determine the needs and types of specialized and ad hoc assessments that may be required to accurately evaluate Participants’ overall employability and present evidence supporting the recommendations - Conduct thorough reviews of information provided by RSSs and other RSP reports available to formulate recommendations supported by the objective evidence - Respond to Participants and/or RSS DEC unit concerns or complaints promptly - Complete comprehensive case notes of all consultations and information obtained in assessments - Complete summaries of specialized and ad hoc assessments in accordance with contract requirements - Develop final reports that clearly answer the referral questions with objective evidence to support conclusions and opinion - Submit appropriate reports according to established standards and timelines - Comply with program requirements for confidentiality Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Kinesiology, Rehabilitation, or a related field - Must hold one of the following designations: - A current designation as a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional (CVRP) - A Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional – Fellow (CVRP-F) - A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the direct provision of vocational rehabilitation services to Participants including: - Experience in conducting medical, psycho-social, or vocational rehabilitation assessments - Experience working with persons living with mental or physical health problems creating barriers to civilian life - Experience analyzing and interpreting medical, psycho-social, or vocational assessments and making recommendations based upon critical analysis of information leading to the development of a comprehensive plan and program of care - In Québec, for the delivery of vocational rehabilitation or vocational assistance services the following requirements apply: - Career Counsellors registered with the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec - Strong computer skills - Thorough knowledge of local labour markets - Employment conditional on obtaining federal security clearance – Reliability Status Benefits - Work from home and earn a competitive starting salary of $75,200.00 annually - RRSP Matching program of 2.5% base earnings - Coverage for your credential or designation fee - Ongoing learning and development opportunities - Generous time-off policies that promote work/life balance

Role Description The Rehabilitation Service Professional - Vocational Case Coordinator (RSP Voc CC) is responsible for the receipt of new TSA and EECA referrals and the triage process. The RSP Voc CC utilizes strong administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks while maintaining accuracy in their work. The RSP Voc CC works effectively and in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholders including, Rehabilitation Service Professionals – Vocational, Rehabilitation Service Specialists, and the Rehabilitation Service Professional team. - Work collaboratively with RSP Voc to expedite Participant consent forms and RSP consult. - Accurate completion of RSP Voc Triage Assignment Process to assign TSA and EECA referrals and maintain communication with RSSs and RSP Vocs during the triage stage of the referral. - Manage timely and appropriate assignment to RSP Voc to optimize the utilization of this resource and balance caseloads. - Accurate and complete achievement in tracking referral assignment, and addressing referral inquiries from RSSs for TSAs. - Improve operational efficiency by providing support to RSP Vocs in relation to mailing consent forms and faxing/following up on consults sent to treatment providers/RSPs. - Complete the initial RSP Voc Triage Assignment Process, identifies the appropriate RSP Voc, demonstrating the ability to problem solve and collaborate with team members to achieve this target. - Review the TSA and EECA referral details. - Liaise with RSP Voc TM on referrals as needed. - Conduct the triage RSP Voc Assignment Process. - Accurately complete and/or updates referral assignment and consult follow-ups into Case Management software. - Maintain awareness of RSP Voc team and their associated caseloads to efficiently assign referrals. - Communicate any identified concerns or program needs to RSP Vocs and RSP Voc TL/RSP Voc TM. - Actively participate in working groups, projects or initiatives to support continuous improvement in the program. - Support the team and the RSP Voc TM to track program statistics. Qualifications - Minimum post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Medical Office Administration or other relevant area. - One (1)+ year(s) experience in an administrative role. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize to achieve program service standards. - High level of confidentiality and awareness of privacy requirements. - Strong digital literacy including MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint. - Employment conditional on obtaining Federal Level Security Clearance Reliability Status. Role Description As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing high profile Service Provider and/or external relationships to ensure the health of the catchment performance through the organizations with the highest market share. In this role, you will take the lead position in Operations to drive performance focused activity to identify risks and opportunities, and influence change and improvement.
