• Lead the planning and execution of complex paid media strategies across multiple platforms including programmatic, search, and social. • Develop strategic recommendations to drive performance improvements for high-value client accounts. • Identify opportunities to improve campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment. • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients. • Oversee the setup, trafficking, and ongoing management of large-scale digital advertising campaigns. • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure campaigns meet or exceed client KPIs. • Conduct advanced campaign analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Implement optimization strategies across channels to improve campaign efficiency and performance. • Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting issues related to creative assets, tracking tags, platform integrations, and data discrepancies. • Work with internal teams to ensure tracking, tagging, and attribution are implemented correctly. • Escalate platform issues to technology partners when required and manage resolution. • Analyze campaign data and performance trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations. • Support Account Managers with strategic reporting and performance analysis for clients. • Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity across platforms and analytics tools. • Partner closely with Account Managers, Optimization Specialists, and Data Analysts to drive strong campaign outcomes. • Mentor Campaign Managers and Assistant Campaign Managers, sharing knowledge and best practices. • Contribute to improving internal campaign management processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
