• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and targeted account prospecting. • Identify and engage DTC and B2B brands in need of compliant fulfillment and logistics solutions. • Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective customers within regulated product industries. • Generate leads by identifying customer needs, operational requirements, and decision-making processes. • Conduct initial discovery conversations and coordinate handoff of qualified opportunities to senior sales team members for advanced sales discussions and closing activities. • Support account-based sales initiatives targeting strategic customers and high-growth markets. • Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the early sales cycle. • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support onboarding readiness and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, prospect activity tracking, and sales reporting. • Maintain awareness of state-by-state regulations related to hemp, nicotine products, and other regulated goods. • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and virtual conferences as needed. • Other duties as assigned.

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding balances • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies while ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records • Analyze aging reports and recommend actions to improve cash flow • Analyze pricing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and make recommendations for pricing strategies • Evaluate discounts, promotions, and contract pricing structures to improve margins • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pricing and invoicing issues • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance data accuracy and efficiency • Provide insights and recommendations to support business and financial decision-making • Ability to manage multiple projects while still meeting the required deadlines.
