• Understand customer objectives, business processes, workflows and success criteria • Translate customer requirements into solution storyboards and digital workflows • Configure and deploy Vyn solutions for demonstrations, trials and production use • Support solution implementation, testing, user acceptance and optimisation • Build customer dashboards and provide data-driven operational insights • Work closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Product and Engineering, feeding customer feedback into the product roadmap
• Conduct business process discovery to understand customer objectives, challenges and desired outcomes • Analyse existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for process reimagination and digital transformation • Translate customer business problems into clear solution requirements and scalable product solutions • Develop solution concepts, process flows, storyboards and value propositions • Support customer workshops, product demonstrations and proofs of concept • Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Delivery teams
• Ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements - KPI & CPI • Be responsible for yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting of revenue and all cost lines including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, productivity targets, utilization levels etc. and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards • Prepare and own the Consolidated Financial Statements for the Group (UK, India, and other international subsidiaries). • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for the Leadership Team and Board. • Monitor your team’s targets/budgets and course corrections against plan Vs actual, Client wise presentation of monthly Financials and key financial levers will be a part of this role. • Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis if deadlines slip • Compatible with the Business Accounting teams and internal partners to resolve issues • Handle multiple partners and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the significant process • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, leading the annual audit process to a clean and timely conclusion. • Collaborate with Sales function to ensure the General Ledger correctly tracks SaaS-specific metrics (Deferred Revenue, ARR, CAC, LTV, Gross Margin etc). • People Management – be a people manager involved in hiring, structured learning path, operations coach for the team.
• Alignment with customers objectives and key success criteria and fulfillment of agreed customer outcomes • Build customer end to end digital transformation journey including data flows, dashboards & storyboards • Serve as the first line contact to resolve customer issues. Answer support tickets in timely fashion • Work closely with Customer success leads to all aspects of customer management. • Build and configure product based on the customer workflow
• Contribute to the technical architecture of the integration, with close collaboration with both internal and external (customer) stakeholders. • Work with the Product and Software teams to design and implement the integrated solution for each use case. • Implement re-usable connectors and packages for third-party systems used by our customers. These could be implemented as web services using AWS infrastructure, or custom code on partner ecosystems like Salesforce.
