• Own the EMEA & APAC Customer Success strategy, driving Net Revenue Retention through high customer satisfaction and consistent expansion. • Build and lead a high-performing CS organisation, including Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers. • Partner closely with Sales & GTM teams to ensure seamless handovers, value-led renewals, and expansion driven by real customer outcomes. • Act as Customer Success Manager for key accounts, building trusted relationships and guiding customers through complex technical and organizational challenges. • Champion the voice of the customer, turning insights into actionable feedback for Product and Marketing.
• Partner with Marketing to develop and execute targeted outbound and inbound prospecting activities across email, phone (cold calling), LinkedIn, and social selling, with a strong focus on Enterprise accounts within retail, e-commerce, DTC, travel, healthcare, and hospitality industries. • Research target accounts and buying committees using a modern sales intelligence stack and AI tools (including Clay and Gong) to identify intent signals and prioritize high-probability opportunities — meaning less noise, and more time on high-quality conversations. • Map complex buying groups within enterprise accounts and tailor outreach to open doors with key stakeholders such as CTOs, CMOs, Product Managers, and technical leaders. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to generate a steady flow of high-quality opportunities for US-based Enterprise Account Executives. • Conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations, setting well-qualified, well-contextualised demos with clear next steps. • Maintain accurate activity, lead, and account data in Salesforce to support pipeline visibility and forecasting. • Act as a feedback loop between prospects, Sales, and Marketing by sharing insights on objections, trends, and message effectiveness.
• Build AI-powered backend services – design and maintain APIs and intelligent services in Python and NodeJS • Bring LLMs into production – integrate large language models with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agent-based workflows • Design smart orchestration – develop multi-agent workflows, communication layers, and orchestration logic to help automate and optimise promo and loyalty campaign management. • Connect the dots – ensure seamless and secure communication between AI modules, Voucherify’s core services, and external tools through event-driven interfaces. • Leverage the cloud – deploy and optimise microservices on AWS, making full use of Kubernetes and cloud-native best practices. • Collaborate & innovate – work side by side with frontend developers, system architects, Sales and product teams to deliver features that push the boundaries of AI in SaaS. • Continuously improve – tune performance, reliability, and fault tolerance, ensuring that what you build runs smoothly at enterprise scale.
