• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth within municipal fire departments, county governments, state agencies, airport fire departments, and related public-sector markets. • Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, customer visits, industry events, demonstrations, and the development of distributor and channel partner relationships. • Build and maintain relationships with fire service, emergency response, procurement, distributor, and channel partner stakeholders. • Serve as a trusted advisor on fluorine-free foam performance, PFAS transition planning, and implementation strategies while supporting distributor engagement, training, and business development efforts to expand market reach. • Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams to communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence. • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecast, and account information within CRM systems.
• Lead growth initiatives for Signal Technologies division • Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities that support the company's growth objectives • Establish and maintain relationships with DoW and IC acquisition leaders • Monitor market trends, DoW and IC needs, procurement activities, and emerging opportunities • Represent Vorbeck at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events
• Drive revenue growth for UL-162-listed PFAS-free firefighting foams across municipal and commercial markets. • Generate pipeline through proactive outreach, territory planning, and channel-building. • Conduct on-site and virtual presentations, technical product demos, and support burn-test activities. • Build long-term relationships with fire departments, airports, terminals, industrial facilities, and regional distributors. • Navigate complex buying processes including city councils, procurement boards, and cooperative purchasing pathways. • Serve as a trusted advisor on foam performance, transition planning, and environmental or compliance considerations. • Partner cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate customer insights into product improvements. • Maintain accurate opportunity, quote, forecast, and account data in CRM systems. • Document account strategies, contact plans, and territory activities. • Provide timely communication to operations on order demand, shipment expectations, and customer needs. • Perform additional responsibilities and support special initiatives as assigned. • Travel required 30–50%.
