• Responsible for overall employee life cycle transactional payroll activities • Ensures data integrity of VON employees • Supports the talent acquisition team in the hiring process • Issues letters to employees regarding changes in employment status • Works with Pension and Benefit team to ensure accurate actions • Responds to employee inquiries • Prepares reports including hours worked and payroll reconciliation • Completes audits on team actions • Assists in business testing for configuration changes • Monitors late time sheet reports
