Role Description Cover south or central Alabama. The desired candidate should have a technical background and have a good understanding of the steam cycle, valve applications, and corrosives handling. A degree in mechanical engineering is a plus. - Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Conduct in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs and present our products/services. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities. - Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. - Negotiate and close sales agreements while providing exceptional customer service. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Qualifications - Proven track record in outside sales or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
