Inspect, install, and provide preventive maintenance of general clinical equipment. Responsibilities - Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect a diverse range of physical plant and therapeutic and diagnostic biomedical instrumentation and equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance and electrical safety testing of physical plant, clinical equipment, devices, and systems. - Diagnose and correct system and equipment malfunctions. - Maintain documentation on new equipment, inspections, and equipment repairs and failures. - Schedule and oversee third-party repair as necessary. - Provide technical assistance and instruction on equipment operation and maintenance to personnel. - Perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications - An associate degree in electronics is desirable. - A minimum of 3 years' experience in the repair and maintenance of physical plant and medical equipment. - An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. We are looking for a Systems Integration Specialist, with deep expertise in Compulink, to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Systems Integration, this position is responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and support of clinical applications deployed throughout VIP. This is a remote position with some travel to meet with the practices within the company. Responsibilities - Implement, enhance and support clinical applications - Assist with the creation of standard departmental processes to meet operational goals - Adhere to IS project management standards and appropriately see projects through the project life cycle - Analyze workflow to determine system enhancement needs and changes - Work with leadership, Optical team members, and other applicable departments to prioritize system enhancements - Lead testing and implementation of enhancements - Support existing and new system features on training, go-live, and enhancements as appropriate - Plan, document and execute application features and functionality as per vendor requirements - Conduct problem analysis and issue resolution for issues related to software through the vendor support mechanisms - Provide training to office Super Users on application functionality Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in systems, business management or related field, or more than 5 years of experience in a systems-related role in patient-facing healthcare settings. - Experience with practice management systems, including Compulink, is required. - Experience in Optical sales is preferred. - General/basic knowledge of SQL is preferred. - Exhibit customer service skills necessary to provide ongoing support for end users. - Excellent communication skills adapted to the requirements of the customers. - Ability to manage competing expectations and priorities. Role Description The primary function of the REMOTE Call Center Representative is to effectively handle all inbound support calls for Vision Innovation Partners affiliated Ophthalmology offices by providing excellence in customer service. Position is fully REMOTE. Optical Billing Associate

• Understand how to effectively utilize the systems used to bill insurance claims, work denials and AR. • Work with the Financial Services Team to assist with patient questions concerning their bill. • Make necessary changes to the patients' demographics and insurance information to obtain payment from the appropriate insurance company for both primary and secondary coverages if the information in the system is inaccurate. • Ability to work large numbers of claims. • Make corrections as needed to the patient's computer record so that future insurance claims, and statements are accurate. • Make calls to insurance companies to understand the denial and what needs to be done to get the appropriate payment for the services provided. • Review, correct and process charges for the providers or clinic as assigned by your billing lead. • Work denied claims in a timely fashion so that KPI's are maintained for percentages of aged AR. • Communicate effectively with other billers and billing leads to identify trends in errors and denials so that the root cause of the denial can be addressed
