• Own and optimize core business platforms including Salesforce, BuilderTek, and marketing tools such as HubSpot, ensuring they effectively support business goals and processes. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Operations teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies. • Develop and maintain BI reports and analytics dashboards, providing insights for data-driven decision-making across the organization (BigQuery, Grafana, Salesforce). • Manage projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to solution design, implementation, and training. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
• Manage Villa’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales team consisting of Home Consultants, with the opportunity to expand and build the sales organization as Villa’s D2C channels scale. • Drive D2C fee-building sales for homeowners building ADUs statewide in California and with our partners in Colorado, and single family homes for individuals rebuilding in Altadena. • Own all aspects of the sales performance of Neighborhoods by Villa developments across California and Colorado. • Manage Villa’s relationships with partner brokerages for our developments, and help execute Villa’s sales and marketing strategy in conjunction with these brokerages. • Continue to refine Villa’s end-to-end customer experience across our digital surfaces, in our model homes, and in interactions with our Home Consultants. • Partner with Villa’s marketing team to drive engaging consumer content and campaigns, and iterate on those campaigns to broaden Villa’s reach and increase customer conversion. • Manage Villa’s relationship with partner consumer lenders across our ADU, Altadena, and Neighborhoods by Villa portfolio. • Work hand in hand with Vila’s estimating, legal, and preconstruction teams to ensure the validity and accuracy of proposed consumer building projects from project inception to contract. • Monitor, report, and drive D2C performance metrics and KPIs. • Collaborate with the VP of Growth to develop quarterly OKRs and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate design-build construction agreements, subcontractor agreements, consulting and vendor agreements, owner representation agreements, NDAs, and scopes of work. • Process redlines and contract revisions under attorney supervision, ensuring accurate turnaround and clear communication of changes to internal stakeholders. • Manage contract execution through DocuSign, including routing for signature, tracking pending signatures, and maintaining organized records. • Own the contract lifecycle for vendor and subcontractor relationships, including renewal tracking, amendments, and terminations. • Manage the process for obtaining and tracking mechanic's lien releases from subcontractors and vendors. • Manage subcontractor enrollment in and compliance with Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and Project-Specific Insurance Programs (PSIP), coordinating with brokers and the construction team to ensure timely enrollment and compliance. • Maintain Villa’s and its affiliate’s general contractor licenses in multiple states, including tracking renewal deadlines, coordinating continuing education requirements, and submitting applications. • Manage corporate entity records and filings through Filejet, including annual reports, registered agent updates, and foreign qualifications. • Support the development, annual review, and training of company compliance policies and standard operating procedures. • Work in Procore and DocuSign or other project management software to manage construction contract workflows, documentation, and subcontractor compliance tracking.
