• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Rental Houses, Owner Operators, Production Companies, and Studios • Act as a trusted technical advisor within the cinema community, developing long-term relationships based on product knowledge and application expertise • Provide project-level technical and application support, assisting customers in identifying the most appropriate VCS solutions • Manage and progress identified opportunities in collaboration with the regional sales team, ensuring technical alignment and customer confidence throughout the sales process • Act as a voice of the cinema customer internally by providing structured feedback to Product Management and Design Engineering
