• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring a standard level of internal controls, audit procedures, and technical accounting principles are being applied correctly. • Lead and manage the accounting team, providing direction, coaching, and appropriate and timely performance feedback to ensure operational excellence and professional growth. • Ensure that the organization’s financial records are maintained in compliance with organizational policies and GAAP. • Prepare for, coordinate, and lead the annual audit process including being the liaison between external auditors and key stakeholders. • Lead a high-quality and timely monthly close process. • Ensure timely billing, cash collections, and preparation of weekly and monthly cash-flow reports and projections. • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to manage the quote-to-cash business process. • Ensure proper controls and accounting procedures are documented and effective. • Monitor and control inventory balances and activity with third-party manufacturers. • Oversee tax and regulatory reporting across all applicable geographies, including international compliance as the company continues to expand global reach. • Communicate Accounting priorities and processes cross-functionally. • Champion the adoption of AI tools and intelligent automation across the accounting function to maximize efficiency, reduce manual error, and accelerate the financial close. • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled solutions (e.g., ML-based anomaly detection, reconciliation automation, AI-powered invoice processing, automated journal entries) to streamline core workflows. • Leverage agentic AI capabilities to initiate tasks, monitor workflows, and automate processes (e.g., continuous reconciliation monitoring, real-time cash flow surveillance, proactive compliance flagging).

The Opportunity Every large company makes high-stakes decisions about their physical workplaces: which floors to consolidate, how to redesign space after a reorg, when to trigger a restack before the problem becomes urgent. Today, those decisions are made slowly, manually, and often too late. CRE teams pull data from multiple disconnected systems, build scenarios in spreadsheets, and deliver recommendations that are already stale. VergeSense is changing that. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own one of these workflows end-to-end. The PM who thrives here is someone drawn to the full problem space: how enterprises make decisions about physical space, where AI can replace broken manual processes, and what it takes to build trust in AI-generated recommendations at the enterprise level. What You Will Do - Own a planning or operational workflow end-to-end: vision, customer discovery, roadmap, engineering partnership, and commercial outcome. - Define where AI stops and the human decision starts. Our agents are goal-seeking systems that detect planning triggers, assemble data, and generate scenarios. You will set the automation boundaries and design the human review experience. - Build products that work with messy enterprise data. HRIS feeds, badge systems, lease records, and occupancy sensors all tell part of the story. You will design for the reality that clean data is the exception. - Ship the first version within your first two quarters. This is a hands-on building role with real commercial pressure and named enterprise accounts waiting for the product. You will be in the tool daily, not managing from a distance. - Partner closely with the existing product team. You will work alongside a strong GTM-oriented PM and a design leader who together own adjacent workflows. What This Role Requires - 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated experience owning data-intensive or analytics products. - You have taken a complex, multi-step manual workflow and shipped a product that meaningfully automated it. This is the single most important signal we are looking for. - Experience building products that involve data from multiple enterprise systems. You understand that clean data is the exception and you design for the failure modes. - Demonstrated ability to own a product domain end-to-end: vision, discovery, roadmap, engineering partnership, and commercial outcome. - Quantitative fluency. You define success metrics before building. You can evaluate model outputs, catch wrong answers, and translate data quality problems into product decisions. - Executive communication quality. You lead with the recommendation. You have presented to C-suite or board-level audiences. You produce tight decision documents, not exploratory overviews. - Experience with prioritization under commercial pressure. You know how to sequence a roadmap against named deals and pipeline value, not just user needs. $150,000 - $204,000 a year Compensation is determined based on many factors, including experience level and geographical location, in alignment with VergeSense's Compensation and Philosophy. Part of the total compensation is based on a bonus structure. Compensation also includes company equity. The Role - Write, develop, test firmware - Responsible for firmware shipping to hundreds of global Fortune 500 customers - Work on low-power inference technologies for edge computing/work on low-power battery operated embedded devices (battery life analyses, diagnosing consumption issues, battery life extension strategies) - Using low-power wireless protocols [Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Ultra Wideband (UWB)] - Work with computer vision cameras - Perform ISP on raw images - Develop firmware using Operating Systems (OS): Free RTOS; write custom drivers (UART, SPI, I2C) - Use wireless protocol firmware stacks, diagnosing/improving manufacturing throughput - Collaborate with QA to create test cases - Ensure product level requirements are covered/ review test results - Create environments/procedures to subject devices for long-term stress testing - Establish/enforce robust coding standards, documentation policies - Lead firmware releases from planning, triaging bugs, to deployment - Use analytics tools (Hex) to remotely monitor devices in field - Combine analytics from field sensors to catch/remotely debug issues - Develop/manage internal tools/scripts ( Python, Bash) to automate testing, device provisioning, factory flashing processes, and field diagnostic tools - Resolve complex, intermittent system failures related to timing, synchronization, race conditions (real-time), event-driven, low-power systems - Integrate proprietary computer vision algorithms into low-powered, wireless, embedded systems - Define software requirements collaboratively with team - Develop software architecture/plan development into dynamic, evolving problem spaces - Deliver innovative solutions (concept to prototype to production) - Conduct software unit tests to validate implemented functionalities - Contribute to factory test procedures to ensure shipment of quality products - Troubleshoot/remove defects from production software - Document software designs thoroughly - Communicate effectively with the team to set expectations - Share technical details - Resolve issues - Report progress and participate in brainstorming sessions.
