Role Description - Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) - Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code - Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions - Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions - Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance - Design interfaces to improve user experience - Liaise with application development team to plan new features - Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols - Stay up-to-date with new technology trends - App coding, testing, debugging, documenting and monitoring - Interacting with different departments regarding new deployments - Contributing to the development of project schedules and workflows Qualifications - Appropriate Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Engineering, Information Systems, Commerce or other relevant qualification at NQF7 - 5+ years in the ICT industry - 3+ years in Mobile Device Management - 3+ years in Native App Development and Support - 2+ years with DevOps and SDLC tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, Microsoft, GitHub - 2+ years in Mobility Release Management Process - 3+ years in Mobile App development
