Role Description To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a Unity 6 VFX Artist with a strong sense for effects, timing, and impactful visual feedback in games. - Create and implement high-quality VFX in Unity 6 - Develop shaders using Shader Graph for stylized and performance-optimized effects - Work with PrimeTween to control animations and VFX timing - Design game feel through visual feedback (hits, explosions, UI effects, abilities, etc.) - Collaborate with game designers and developers to integrate effects into gameplay - Optimize VFX for performance across mobile and cross-platform builds - Maintain and structure VFX pipelines within Unity projects - Use Git for version control Qualifications - Experience as a VFX Artist in Unity (ideally Unity 6 or similarly recent versions) - Strong knowledge of Shader Graph and real-time rendering - Experience with DOTween or PrimeTween for animation and timing logic - Experience with Figma (for VFX planning, UI/VFX coordination, or prototyping workflows) - Solid understanding of Unity Particle System and/or VFX Graph (a plus) - Good understanding of game feel, timing, motion design, and visual feedback - Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows - Self-driven, structured working style and strong team mindset - Very good English skills (working and communication language) Requirements - 20 hours per week with flexible working schedule - Up to €1,000 monthly compensation (part-time / remote contract) - 100% remote work in an international, creative team - Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes - Freedom to experiment with creative VFX ideas - Work on stylish mobile game projects with visible impact - Long-term collaboration based on performance and fit
