Role Description Crossroads Mobile Maintenance is seeking to hire a full-time Field Service Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be dispatched from their home; your day starts and ends in your own driveway! - Effectively perform preventative maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs of both on- and off-road heavy-duty trucks, aerial equipment, and construction equipment. - Compliance with company and customer safety policies. - Capable of working safely and productively without constant supervision. - Perform DOT inspections. - Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills and relationships. - Comply with reporting and paperwork, inspection forms and details. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Clean driving record. - Experience with hydraulic and electronic repair. - Basic computer skills. - Possess basic tool inventory.
