• Develop and implement business plans working alongside Sales Director to expand the customer base • Explore new markets and opportunities for business growth and identify and pursue business opportunities through networking and partnerships • Drive order intake activities for new logos or new projects from existing key customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients • Understand client requirements and propose suitable supply chain solutions and address customer concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Sell our SCaaS solutions offering: supplier relationship management, strategic procurement, planning and demand management, inventory reduction, kitting and distribution, KanBan and Consignment agreements, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, internal sales, production and quality assurance to ensure customer requirements are met • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for service improvements • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for significant opportunities from potential clients • Customise supply chain offerings based on client requirements • Regularly review objectives and sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them • Develop pricing strategies • Collaborate with the internal sales team to close deals and generate revenue • Prepare regular sales and business development reports for your line manager • Analyse sales data and trends to make informed business decisions • Ensure customer data and activity is properly recorded using the CRM system • Create and manage own leads and pipeline, being proactive to open doors to drive and grow new business opportunities.
