Role Description Upskilled Evolution is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Project Manager to support a variety of internal and client-facing initiatives. This role is best suited for a mid-level professional with strong organizational skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a consulting-style environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion - Organize and facilitate meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups - Track deliverables, timelines, and action items across stakeholders - Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements - Support consulting initiatives with structured execution and organization - Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and clients - Ensure accountability across projects and proactively address gaps Qualifications - 2–5+ years of project management or project coordination experience - Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization - Background in a consulting, operations, or client-facing environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to work flexible hours (including early mornings when needed) - Based in Alaska - Work hours will vary Preferred Qualifications - PMP certification (or working toward it) - Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices - Experience supporting small teams or growing organizations Compensation & Benefits - $35–$45/hour (based on experience) - Full-time position - Company-provided work-from-home equipment (laptop, monitor, accessories) - Paid bank holidays - Company-wide paid time off during the last week of December - Flexible work environment - Note: This role does not include traditional benefits such as health insurance. Work Environment This is a fully remote position with a strong preference for Alaska-based candidates to support collaboration and regional alignment. The role may require occasional in-state travel.
