Role Description Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations. Job Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Development: - Develop and implement product strategies and business plans for Unit Trust offerings across online and offline channels. - Conduct fund due diligence and product evaluation for onboarding new unit trust funds. - Optimize product shelf and enhance features to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. - Stakeholder Management: - Manage relationships with asset managers and internal stakeholders to secure quality products. - Collaborate with Wealth Marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns for Unit Trust products. - Compliance & Risk: - Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management standards. - Update product programs and policies to maintain compliance and improve sales processes. - Training & Support: - Work with Investment Counsellors to ensure frontline staff receive initial and ongoing training. - Provide product expertise and support to sales teams. - System & Process Enhancement: - Partner with project teams to define user requirements for system enhancements aimed at improving customer experience and productivity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Investment, or related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are an advantage. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Investment Product Management. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in English, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management.
