Unleash

• Split time roughly 70/30 between hands on engineering and leading a squad of four engineers • Take end to end ownership of features from discovery and design to deployment and improvements in production • Work closely with product managers and designers • Maintain high engineering standards across frontend and backend systems • Improve reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability of the platform • Automate operational workflows and improve developer experience internally

• Work on the core platform that enables development teams around the world to control how software is released in production through feature flags, gradual rollouts, and experimentation • This is a product-focused engineering role • Help shape platforms trusted by engineering teams in complex production environments • Build reliable and scalable systems that fit naturally into how modern teams ship code • Take ownership across the entire lifecycle of a feature • Engage with developers and users to understand how the platform is used

• Work on the core platform that enables development teams around the world to control how software is released in production through feature flags, gradual rollouts, and experimentation • Product discovery • Validate ideas early through discussions, prototypes, or experiments • End-to-end feature development • Design, implement, and ship new functionality • Take ownership from design to deployment and improvements in production • Maintain high engineering standards across frontend and backend systems • Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of the platform • Apply site reliability engineering principles to improve stability • Engage with developers and users to understand how the platform is used • Analyze feedback and help investigate customer incidents when needed

• Own the monthly close process and ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented financials • Take full ownership of statutory reporting and financial statements • Be the main point of contact for external accountants and auditors across Norway and the US • Ensure strong revenue recognition and correct handling of deferred revenue • Deliver clear monthly reporting on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key variances
