Role Description The Supply Chain Value Engineering Senior Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering high-impact, measurable business outcomes across complex supply chain environments. This role combines deep supply chain expertise, value engineering methodology, and advanced AI-driven solutioning to transform client challenges into scalable, data-led business value. The role leads end-to-end engagements and partners with the AI Lab to scale innovative supply chain solutions. Qualifications - 12–15+ years in supply chain, consulting, or operations - Proven leadership in large-scale transformation programmes - Strong stakeholder engagement at executive level - Deep understanding of supply chain processes - Experience with value engineering, financial modelling, and analytics - Exposure to AI and data-driven solutions Requirements - Senior Director role with broad strategic accountability, operational autonomy, and ownership of outcomes across multiple engagements - Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capability - Results-driven with focus on value creation - Strong influencing and communication skills - Ability to lead cross-functional and international teams Key Responsibilities - Lead strategic value engineering and transformation initiatives across supply chain functions - Own end-to-end engagement delivery from problem structuring to execution and value realisation - Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders - Partner with the AI Lab to develop and scale AI-driven supply chain solutions - Drive business growth through client engagements and go-to-market support Key Deliverables - Measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency gains, revenue impact) - Successful delivery of complex transformation programmes - Adoption of AI-enabled supply chain solutions - Strong client satisfaction and repeat business
