Role Description At UnderDefense, content is not decoration. It’s a growth channel. We build cybersecurity solutions (the MAXI platform) for mid-market and enterprise companies in the US and EU. Our buyers are security leaders and practitioners who have zero tolerance for fluff and “marketing speak.” We are looking for a Content Writer who can think critically, write clearly, and connect content to revenue. Qualifications - 2+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS content writing experience in English, producing expert-level content for mid-market or enterprise audiences - Proven ability to write long-form, in-depth content – blog posts, guides, reports – that goes beyond generic SEO and demonstrates subject-matter understanding - Fluent written English with the ability to think, structure arguments, and own content end-to-end – AI is a tool, not a substitute for thinking - Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals – keyword research, search intent, content structure, competitiveness, and performance implications - Experience working with AI tools for research, outlining, validation, and acceleration – while retaining full ownership and accountability for final output Requirements - Develop in-depth guides, reports (PDFs), and blog articles that demonstrate real subject-matter understanding - Write landing pages, case studies, white papers, one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials - Produce educational content explaining product concepts, security challenges, and buyer decision criteria - Craft thoughtful LinkedIn posts and newsletters tailored to a technical audience - Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and security experts to extract insights and turn them into high-impact narratives - Apply SEO best practices (search intent, keyword research, structure, competitiveness) to ensure visibility
Role Description We’re building a high-performance marketing team and looking for someone who can bring structure, execution discipline, and scale through AI. This role is about owning execution, processes, and making the team operate faster and smarter. - Own day-to-day execution of marketing plans across content, paid, SEO, and campaigns - Run team operations: sprints, task tracking, timelines, and delivery - Remove bottlenecks and ensure everything moves forward without delays - Translate strategy into clear execution plans and coordinate across marketing and other external teams - Identify and implement AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive work - Work closely with leadership to track progress, adjust plans, and drive results Qualifications - 2–4 years of project or operations management (marketing background is a very strong plus) - Strong ability to structure processes and manage multiple workstreams - Hands-on, execution-focused mindset (you get things done, not just plan) - Interest or experience in AI tools and automation (LLMs, workflows, etc.) - Clear communication and ability to push things forward without waiting Company Description

This role offers the freedom and responsibility to craft a go-to-market strategy from scratch, build meaningful relationships with customers and partners, and directly influence the company’s growth trajectory. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will leverage your expertise to address business challenges and achieve sales goals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive opportunities for our solutions and services. You’ll build strong relationships, communicate effectively at all levels, and identify new prospects within the region, working directly with end users as well as channel partners to grow the business. Key Responsibilities - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. - Develop sales strategies to penetrate new accounts. - Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business. - Generate new sales and consistently close new business at or above quota level. - Develop and implement specific customer account and opportunity plans in accordance with company objectives and quota targets. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. - Provide up-to-date and precise information on market demands, purchasing trends and competitive information. - Attend trade shows and marketing events upon request. Qualifications - In depth knowledge of security landscapes. - 8+ years of experience selling Security based solutions at senior management and executive level. - Background in selling networking/security solutions or Enterprise Software to Enterprise and SMB customers. - Proven track record of successfully selling to SMBs. - An established network of contacts at major enterprise accounts in the region. Skills - Proficient in sales forecasting tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management. - Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels and the implementation/execution of the account plans. - Self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Passion for helping businesses grow and technical affinity. - Experience working in a start-up or early-stage company is highly desirable. - Ability to travel. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
