Role Description UnderDefense is in search of a proactive and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand's growth and outreach initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in our business development by working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring that our brand gains enhanced visibility, and our product and services are scaled to broader audiences of users. - Acquire a deep knowledge of UnderDefense’s solutions and customer challenges to clearly articulate the unique selling points. - Promote UnderDefense MAXI platform: drive registrations and increase free-to-paid conversions. - Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our offerings, increase targeted traffic to our website, and generate high-quality leads. - Manage online and in-person events, overseeing the whole event direction as events are a core part of our growth strategy. - Lead and manage all facets of digital marketing, including database marketing, email outreach, social media initiatives, partner marketing initiatives, and more. - Regularly relay information regarding product updates and enhancements to our users and potential clients. - Monitor industry trends and insights, adjusting campaign strategy based on data-driven insights for optimal performance. - Implement and evaluate digital campaigns to entice, inform, and convert prospects at every step of their engagement journey. - Regularly experiment to refine the channel and campaign mix based on empirical data. - Innovate and ideate creative strategies to connect with a niche audience of security practitioners who are often allergic to marketing. - Establish and nurture strategic relationships with industry experts and thought leaders. - Ensure our brand's message and appearance remain consistent and coherent across various platforms and touchpoints. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS product marketing. - Proven track record of driving new users for a B2B SaaS product (provide metrics and results). - Experience in managing in-person and offline events, including audience invitation, pre-event and post-events campaigns. - Experience in the cybersecurity domain will be a plus. - Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. - Exceptional communication and analytical skills. - Proven ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
