• Build and maintain modern React-based web applications across Ucardia's platform. • Develop clean, reusable components and frontend patterns that improve speed, consistency, and maintainability. • Translate product requirements, designs, and workflow needs into polished user experiences. • Improve frontend performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across web-based tools. • Partner with mobile and platform teams to ensure Ucardia's web experiences are connected, scalable, and aligned across the broader product ecosystem. • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs, data models, authentication flows, and platform services. • Write reliable, testable, and maintainable frontend code. • Support bug fixes, production improvements, and ongoing platform refinement.
• Identify and prospect qualified medical practices and healthcare businesses • Spend time in the field visiting practices and building relationships • Conduct outreach to practice owners and key decision-makers • Generate and book qualified demos for the Ucardia team • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective practices
• Own development and delivery of the Ucardia Android application using Kotlin • Build and refine core product experiences, including health data and insights, messaging and care coordination, scheduling and engagement, and habit tracking and daily check-ins • Integrate with health data platforms such as Google Health Connect and wearable APIs • Collaborate with backend teams to design and consume scalable APIs • Partner with product and design to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences • Optimize performance, reliability, and responsiveness across the app • Identify and resolve issues across critical user flows • Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards

Education & content contribution Support the creation and refinement of nutrition education materials, messaging templates, and program content that scale high-quality guidance across the platform. Documentation & compliance Maintain clear, concise, HIPAA-compliant documentation. Ensure adherence to professional standards, licensure requirements, and partner-specific protocols. Operational feedback loops Share recurring insights, member friction points, and opportunities for improvement with product, content, and operations teams to strengthen the overall experience. What you bring (required) • Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential with verifiable licensure; multi-state licensure is a plus • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field • Two or more years of experience in nutrition counseling, with focus areas including cardiometabolic health, weight management, or chronic disease • Experience delivering virtual care through video and asynchronous messaging • Familiarity with GLP-1 medications, metabolic health, and evidence-based weight management approaches • Strong communication skills grounded in empathy, clarity, and accountability • Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving startup environments • Tech fluency with telehealth platforms, digital tools, and remote workflows Bonus skills & differentiators • Experience in early-stage or digital health startups • Bilingual, especially Spanish • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and coaching or clinical CRMs • Experience working alongside multidisciplinary care teams What success looks like (first 3 months) • Consistent, high-quality member engagement across sessions and messaging • Timely, thoughtful responses that keep members progressing • Strong collaboration with coaches, clinical partners, and Member Support • Meaningful contribution to nutrition content, workflows, or program improvements • Clear documentation and reliable adherence to compliance standards Tools & environment You’ll coach through Ucardia’s proprietary platform using live video and asynchronous chat, supported by integrations such as Apple Health, Fitbit, and connected biometric devices. Day-to-day collaboration happens in Slack, with documentation and workflows supported by modern digital tools. Compensation & logistics This is a contract (1099), remote role with part-time availability of 20 or more hours per week. Ucardia offers a competitive hourly pay range of $45 to $65 per hour, based on experience, clinical background, and geographic location. Pay within this range is determined by factors such as years of practice, areas of specialty (for example cardiometabolic health, weight management, or chronic disease), multi state licensure, and availability. Evening or weekend availability is a plus to align with member demand. About the Role We’re looking for a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our care team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll work directly with members to deliver structured, clinically informed movement programming within a protocol-driven care environment. You’ll play a key role in helping members stay consistent, engaged, and progressing safely over time, using a combination of live care, asynchronous support, and ongoing data monitoring.
