Twosense

• You'll be working on the core product alongside the team and directly with our CTO John. • Your day-to-day will be a mix of developing new features, reviewing code, and supporting existing codebases. • You will be directly responsible for advancing our products across multiple platforms, in addition to developing backend API’s and partner integrations. • You will be involved in the full development lifecycle including: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• You'll own the demand generation engine at Twosense. Full ownership of how we attract, engage, and convert our target market across paid, outbound, community, and field channels. • You'll report directly to the founder/CEO and join a small, high-impact business development team alongside content marketing and sales. • This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds role. You'll be the one building sequences, tweaking ad creative, working the booth at events, and analyzing what's converting. • You'll partner with sales, who takes qualified leads from discovery onward, so your focus stays on building and optimizing the top of the funnel. • We want someone who experiments and iterates, not someone who runs a playbook they brought from their last job. • GenAI isn't a nice-to-have here: it's a core part of how you'll craft copy, enrich data, and move faster than a team your size should be able to. • Top-of-funnel reporting: Track and report on the metrics you own: MQLs generated, sequence reply and engagement rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution by channel.

• Build and maintain our production ML pipeline—including ETL processes, data cleaning, preprocessing, feature extraction, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. • Develop streamlined ML workflows to effectively support our production systems. • Write clean, maintainable Python code using test-driven or test-first development practices. • Collaborate closely with founders and researchers to bring ML ideas to life—with opportunities to participate directly in research projects. • Optimize our infrastructure to handle growth and scale effectively.
