• Own conversion performance across DTC (Shopify), Amazon, and emerging channels • Turn campaigns and product strategies into high-converting buying experiences • Optimize product pages, listings, and funnel flows end-to-end • Identify conversion gaps and implement improvements quickly • Work hands-on across copy, page structure, and merchandising • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams • Apply insights across channels (e.g., Amazon learnings to DTC) • Define and coordinate execution support (freelancers, agencies, developers as needed)

• Track and advance active product development workstreams, ensuring progress against timelines and priorities • Follow up on open items and proactively surface risks or blockers • Coordinate sample requests, feedback cycles, development testing, and issue tracking through resolution • Maintain accurate and organized product documentation, including specifications and development records • Support preparation of handoff materials to enable production readiness • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and follow-through • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail and organization
