This role combines sales acumen with technical expertise to drive revenue and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the critical power industry, a hunter mentality, and a proven ability to effectively collaborate with 3rd party manufacturing reps. As a Regional Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Managing a sales territory by building and maintaining customer relationships, closing deals, and collaborating with 3rd party reps within a designated territory. - Achieving assigned sales quotas for revenue and potentially other metrics like units sold. - Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Monitoring and analyzing the competitive landscape within the territory, identifying opportunities and threats. - Preparing accurate and insightful sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform future strategies. - Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with MFG Reps to drive demand within the territory, performing ride-a-longs, lunch & learns, and providing deep technical expertise and training. - Providing quarterly rep assessments, utilizing Trystar’s playbook tools to evaluate capabilities and gaps, making recommendations to Manager. - Navigating the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring all stages are completed efficiently, and maximizing Trystar’s ability to win business. - Identifying and qualifying sales leads through prospecting and market research activities. - Uncovering and understanding the specific needs and challenges faced by clients within the territory. - Presenting and tailoring product or service offerings to directly address the identified needs of clients. - Providing deep knowledge of our products and their capabilities to effectively address customer needs through technical presentations, demos, etc. - Closing deals with clients, effectively setting customer expectations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Demonstrating effective utilization of Salesforce.com CRM, effectively managing a sales funnel and providing actionable feedback on customer interactions, market trends, and expected demand. - Attending tradeshows, customer events, regional association meetings, and corporate engagements on Trystar’s behalf. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent - 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of success - Deep understanding of the design-build & bid-spec construction market - Experience in both direct and independent manufacturers’ representative sales - High level of personal initiative, energy, and ownership of business results - Proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM, Excel, PPT, Word and other common business software tools - Willing to travel >70% of time Additional Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering - Candidate must be based in his/her given sales territory

As a Distribution Channel Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through Trystar’s distribution network. This role focuses on building strong relationships with distributors, managing channel strategies, and ensuring alignment with company goals for market expansion and customer satisfaction. You’ll represent Trystar’s full portfolio of products—including: - Power distribution - Load banks - Docking stations - Portable systems - Remote-site monitoring and control solutions In this role you will get to: - Sales Leadership - Develop and execute sales strategies for distribution channels. - Achieve revenue, cross sell and margin targets through effective distributor engagement. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. - Align with Sales Directors and Marketing to ensure cohesive pricing strategy to minimize channel conflict. - Distributor Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and channel partners. - Provide training, support, and resources to ensure distributor success. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional programs. - Conduct quarterly business reviews. - Market Development - Identify new distribution opportunities and expand market presence. - Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns tailored for channel partners. - Stay informed on industry trends. - Analyze the competitive landscape and recommend strategies to win business and protect market share. - Participate in tradeshows, industry events, association meetings, and customer engagements to build visibility and market presence. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with operations, logistics, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability. - Communicate customer feedback to influence product development and service improvements. - Reporting & Forecasting - Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for leadership. - Utilize CRM tools to track distributor performance and pipeline activity. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; degree in electrical, mechanical, or communications engineering a plus. - 10+ years of distribution management experience with a proven track record in B2B solution sales, preferably in telecom, utilities, or industrial power markets. - Familiarity with power electronics or industrial controls strongly preferred. - High level of initiative, ownership, and energy in driving business results. - Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Willingness to travel up to 50%.

We are in search of a Director, Strategic Partner Sales, responsible for overseeing our regional sales organization. - Develop and implement a Partner Playbook for Trystar that defines strategic partner opportunities for target markets and the associated omni-channel strategy for growth. - Lead partner identification, attraction, and selection (partners such as 3rd party Representatives, developers, financiers, distributors, wholesalers, contractors, EPCs, value added resellers, and authorized service providers). - Use robust sales process and CRM tool usage with 3rd party partners and direct Trystar sales team members to manage sales campaigns and the opportunity funnel. - Own the strategy and Partner Playbook, the associated partner programs and agreements, managing the performance and efficacy of the 3rd party partners. - Have shared accountability with business development for attaining double digit growth within focus market segments and regions. - Be experienced in developing, growing, and managing a diversity of partners serving different end markets. - Lead all Trystar resources required to achieve business objectives. - Collaborate with an extensive network of independent manufacturers’ representatives. - Possess a good understanding of the electrical power, data center, utility, commercial construction, and industrial end user markets. - Assimilate technical product, services, solutions and market knowledge. - Think big and be bold in leadership in addition to outstanding sales leadership functional skills. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related majors. - 10+ years of relevant channel development experience in technical/engineering-oriented industries. - 3+ years of experience as a leader of leaders. - Omni-channel experience. - Experience in both direct and independent manufacturers’ representative sales. - Willing to travel >60%. - Based anywhere in the continental US. - Strong CRM skills using Salesforce.com or equivalent. - Proficiency in Excel, PPT, Word and other common business software tools. Requirements - 8-10 years experience in or selling through different types of channels to market. - 8-10 years experience in the power and/or microgrid space. - Experience with a service-based business. - Experience in multiple customer facing functions.
