Role Description We are hiring a class of up to 6 Travel Nursing Recruiters (Nurse Advocates) to start on May 11, 2026. Come join us as we grow at Trusted Health! A successful Advocate works proactively to educate and develop relationships with clinicians working with Trusted to find their next great career opportunity. The Advocate deeply understands the goals and desires of their clinicians and then identifies and facilitates their placement at opportunities that align with those goals. The Advocate supports their clinicians through their working experiences, independently solving problems and creating opportunities as they arise. Through this work, the Advocate is the key driver of growth at Trusted, building a portfolio of working clinicians that they manage and maintain by: - Independently sourcing and placing clinicians onto travel assignments. - Independently managing a working staff portfolio delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience to your clinicians and meaningfully contributing to Trusted growth and revenue targets. - Utilizing independent insight and discretion when conducting multiple intake calls daily with new job seekers coming into the Trusted platform. - Demonstrating proficiency in gathering detailed information on their goals, desires, and constraints in order to identify and pitch them on relevant opportunities. - Drawing from prior experience and exercising judgment to evaluate a clinician’s qualifications and suitability for placement. - Maintaining a high level of proficiency in the systems, processes, and tools that we use at Trusted. - Contributing to the team culture in a positive way and regularly surfacing feedback in a productive manner. - Other duties include emergency phone line coverage, 1 week-long shift per year. Role Description You will use your direct experience as a Recruiter or Account Manager in the Travel Allied Clinician Industry to serve as a partner and key collaborator with our clients to understand their staffing needs. You will proactively solve problems, fill open jobs for Allied Clinicians across all specialties, and ultimately grow these strategic relationships to maintain and expand our business. The Client Account Manager, Allied will take initiative, setting objectives and creating actionable plans to deliver results. You will be a resourceful, solution-oriented problem-solver, expertly navigating areas such as: - How and when jobs are posted - Upcoming projects or staffing challenges - Job submission requirements - Interview and offer process cadence You will remove barriers where possible and work collaboratively with the product and Allied Advocate teams to increase our submission-to-offer rate. The Client Account Manager, Allied will be the day-to-day relationship support required to place and retain Allied Clinicians.
