• Own the end-to-end customer relationship for a defined book of business, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals • Work collaboratively across pillars of CS, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Trovata leadership teams to identify and realize value and revenue opportunities for each of our customers • Engage daily and voraciously with our customers’ while monitoring your own performance metrics. Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Content

• Own AI and stablecoin category narrative — frameworks, flagship content programs, and executive POV that shape how the market understands these spaces • Translate Trovata's Agentic AI positioning into compelling market-facing content that reinforces our differentiation from legacy TMS platforms and supports deal velocity • Own Trovata's company LinkedIn and build a deliberate executive personal branding program — developing content that establishes the CEO and CTO as recognizable authorities in AI and stablecoin • Support executive speaking submissions, session abstracts, and presentation narratives for key conferences • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned to pipeline goals, product moments, and category-building milestones • Own the blog, long-form guides, white papers, case studies, webinar content tracks, podcast briefs, and speaking session narratives • Manage SEO strategy and keyword roadmap; analyze and report on content performance across organic and direct channels • Manage external writers and content contractors to maintain quality and brand standards • Own and build Trovata's executive community programs — including invite-only peer forums and roundtables for corporate finance leaders — from logistics through content development • Support webinar production and develop sales enablement materials aligned to AI and stablecoin narratives • Proactively identify and evaluate new events, forums, and industry gatherings where Trovata can build visibility around AI and stablecoin — bringing recommendations to the team on where we should have a presence
TMS Product Specialist, Cash

• Ownership of Cash Management + Payment Modules within Trovata TMS • Contribute to the rollout and integration of Trovata’s powerful Agentic AI technology specifically for advanced applications in cash management and payments • Manage release schedule for enhancements and fix list • Create and manage business requirements as required. • Work with product engineering to refine implementation • Be aware of competitor positioning, provide sales differentiators, knowledge of cost models • Contribute customer and market feedback to influence details of product roadmap • Provide support to pre-sales engineering as and when needed including participation in workshops and demos. • Oversee new release testing as it pertains to your product responsibility • Build and maintain product documentation on features in partnership with support team • Support customer implementations primarily to support the Company’s third party implementation partners • Provide the highest level of support if the support team needs specific product expertise that they are not able to provide.
Demand Generation Marketing Manager

• Own all budget and strategy planning, logistics, vendor coordination, internal alignment, and onsite execution for Trovata’s in-person events and conferences. • Create and modify slides, abstracts, and session materials in partnership with the Sr. Content Marketing Manager (they set direction; you execute and refine). • Manage event calendars, run-of-show materials, staffing prep, and follow-up workflows with Sales. • Build compelling event narratives with partners, SMEs, and leadership. • Project manage and collaborate with other program leads on promotion, registration, attendance, follow-up, and pipeline attribution. • Align with the program owner on quarterly strategy and webinar cadence. • Support operational execution including technical setup, speaker coordination, slide creation, abstract drafting, and follow-up workflows. • Own Trovata’s annual awards strategy and execution. • Draft clear, compelling submissions highlighting innovation, customer success, and product differentiation. • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs. • Fully own the strategy and upkeep of Trovata’s presence on G2 and Capterra. • Run periodic review-generation campaigns with existing customers and partners. • Monitor sentiment, competitor movements, and category trends to share cross-functionally. • Manage swag requests and inventory for prospects, customers, partners, employees, and events. • Collaborate with the Sr. Brand & Marketing Designer to develop creative, on-brand merchandise and kits. • Monitor performance of all owned programs and evaluate ROI against budget, goals, and qualified pipeline contribution. • Provide post-event insights and data-backed recommendations that inform next year’s event and program roadmap.
