Role Description The Commercial Operations team is hiring a Commercial Operations Coordinator to support our commercial programs across two core mandates: industry growth through sales operations, and healthcare network expansion through our HCO operations. The Coordinator will partner across the Commercial Operations team to advance our work in strategy and planning, reporting and analytics, process development, coordination, lead-to-contract sales cycle execution, and systems and tools. This is a highly cross-functional role — our team partners daily with Finance, executive leadership, Delivery Operations, IT, Product, and Solution Operations — so strong communication and a habit of moving work forward without being asked are essential. What You Will Be Doing: - Strategy and planning: help prepare materials, gather inputs, and track progress against our commercial priorities across industry growth and healthcare network expansion. - Reporting and analytics: contribute to quarterly and annual deliverables across both mandates, partnering with senior leaders on data needs, dashboards, and standard operating procedures. - Process development: develop and maintain process materials for internal and external use, evolving workflows across the sales cycle and HCO expansion programs as the business grows. - Coordination: manage meetings and program touchpoints — surfacing needs, aligning timelines, and keeping the wider team connected to the work in flight. - Sales cycle execution: prepare data, materials, and meeting logistics for customer and prospect engagements, and support business development through target research and campaign coordination. - HCO expansion programs: prepare materials, coordinate with healthcare organization stakeholders, and advance the operational rhythms behind HCO engagement and growth. - Commercial systems and tools: help administer CRM, sales enablement, and project tracking platforms such as Salesforce, Highspot, and Jira — advancing how we use them, expanding our use of AI products and features across the team, and supporting day-to-day reporting and user-facing documentation. - Events: coordinate internal commercial onsite events, support sales-hosted customer events, and join the team at industry conferences to organize lead data and support sales and business development follow-through. - Knowledge management: maintain content across SharePoint, Highspot, and other internal repositories so the wider team can quickly find what they need. - Cross-functional projects: partner with Marketing, Legal, Product, Solution Operations, Delivery Operations, and Finance to advance shared goals. Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or a comparable function — ideally in healthcare data, life sciences, or SaaS. - Prior experience working with a CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred) and other commercial platforms such as project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot). - Familiarity supporting sales enablement programs and cross-functional rollouts. - Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional environment, partnering across functions such as Finance, executive leadership, Delivery Operations, Product, and Solution Operations. - Comfort partnering with IT and technical teams to scope, prioritize, and follow through on system enhancements. - Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams) and other collaboration tools such as Slack. - Curiosity and fluency with AI tools, with interest in helping the team find practical ways to apply AI across our commercial workflows. - The organizational range to manage many concurrent workstreams and competing priorities while keeping detail intact. - Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to coordinate across teams and tailor messaging to different audiences. - A follow-through mindset — you notice when things need to move forward and you make them move forward. - A genuinely collaborative approach, with eagerness to partner across departments.
