Role Description This role can be located in San Jose, Ca OR Montreal, Canada, OR Trondheim, Norway. Help make physical AI a reality. We're building an AI-first platform that helps manufacturers design, validate, and deploy robotic workcells. We're looking for a software engineer who enjoys building software that solves real-world engineering problems. This software engineer will be working product side, in our Integration Suite. The Integration Suite aims to be an AI-driven virtual commissioning tool. What you'll do: - Build product features end-to-end using a modern software stack and 3D simulation engine. - Own the virtual commissioning experience that helps customers configure and deploy robotic workcells. - Bridge product and runtime by identifying gaps, improving workflows, and making deployments more reliable. - Work directly with customers, product, and engineering to ship practical solutions at startup speed. - Take ownership from idea to production and help shape the future of our engineering team as we scale. Qualifications - Strong experience building modern software products with React, TypeScript and Three.js. - Comfortable owning features independently in a fast-moving startup. - Curious enough to learn robotics and industrial automation if it's new to you. - Able to navigate a backend codebase and collaborate across disciplines. - Excited to build products that have a direct impact on real-world manufacturing.

Role Description We are looking for a Channel Manager to build and grow relationships with systems integrators, distributors, robotics partners, and strategic resellers across the Eastern United States. Your mission is to create leverage. By building a high-performing partner ecosystem, you will extend Trener’s reach and help customers adopt intelligent robotics through trusted local experts and integration partners. What You Will Do - Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners. - Build joint business plans and revenue targets. - Train partners on Trener’s platform, positioning, and ideal use cases. - Support co-selling opportunities with partner sales and technical teams. - Develop partner enablement materials and certification paths. - Manage partner performance and pipeline health. - Represent Trener at industry events and partner meetings. - Serve as the voice of the partner ecosystem internally. Qualifications - 5–10 years of experience in channel sales, partner development, or strategic alliances. - Experience in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing software, or related technology. - Strong relationship-building and business development skills. - Ability to navigate both technical and commercial conversations. - Experience with systems integrators and manufacturing-focused channel ecosystems.
